Q. What software is compatible with Authentic Presets?
A. Authentic Presets are designed for use with Adobe ACR and Lightroom CC, 4, and higher. There is also Lightroom Mobile pack available at our store (iOS and Android).

A. Please find PDF with all instructions in your Authentic Presets file.

Q. How do i receive my download products after i make a purchase?
A. Your receipt and download links will be emailed to you and arrive in your inbox within a few minutes (Check your email spam folder as well).

Q. Will these presets work for both jpg and RAW files?
A. Our Authentic Presets are designed for RAW files but could work with JPEGs as well.

Q. Will Authentic Presets work on different camera platforms?
A. We use the Adobe Standard Calibration (2012), which works well for the various camera platforms!

Q. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
A. As stated in our store policy, all sales are final, there are no refunds, exchanges or returns.! Products are delivered as a digital download. So be sure to save it and back it up!

Q. Can i share my Authentic Presets?
No. It is illegal to share or redistribute our products in any way!

Q. How to get the best results using Authentic Presets?
A. Your image is supposed to be properly exposed! Color correction needs some manually tweaking your image in order to find a correct balance between exposure, color temperature, contrast and light.
