Paste the copied link into the address bar of your web browser and hit Enter to access the file hosted on the cloud server.

Accessing Your Digital Product from Email and My Account

In addition to downloading your digital product from the confirmation page, you have two more convenient options: accessing it via email and through your My Account section.

Option 1: Email

1. Check your email inbox for a message titled “Your CourseOne order is now complete”
2. If you don’t see it in your inbox, remember to also check your spam or junk folder.
3. Open the email and you’ll find a direct link to access your purchased product.
4. Click on the link to proceed to the download page and follow the instructions to download your product.

Option 2: My Account

1. Visit our website and log in to your account using your credentials.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the “My Account” section, usually found in the top menu.
3. In the “My Account” menu choose Downloads section, you’ll see a list of all your purchased items.
4. Locate the product you wish to download and click on it.
5. The download process will start as usual.
