No matter what kind of photoshooting it is, whether paid or just for test, it is always important to have a contract. This is to protect both the photographer and the model from any misunderstanding that might happen during or after the photoshoot. I have crafted this layout with my top lawyers from New York, to make sure you’re always on the safe side with your rights. The contract includes all the important points that should be considered, such as copyright, usage rights and compensation.
