• Do these work with C-Log or S-Log Footage?

These LUTs will work great with a starting point of Log profile footage. Simply apply a basic correction input LUT that comes pre-installed in Adobe Premiere Pro (ALEXA_Default_LogC2Rec709 etc.) or some simple exposure and contrast adjustment to bring out the basic color correction, and apply these LUTs on top in the creative lumetri section on for a nice film grade.

• Do these LUTs work on photos as well?

Yes, any program that can load and apply lut files can use these for photos or videos. This can be done in Adobe Photoshop with a Color Lookup Adjustment Layer. (Lightroom uses it’s own preset file system, there may be third party lut applying plugins)
