This mini-course includes:

A 90+ minute start to finish edit of this gorgeous landscape. You’ll see everything from the RAW to the final image. This includes RAW processing, exposure blending, dodging & burning, increasing the sense of depth, and more.
The entire workflow uses the most non-destructive process possible (using smart objects, smart filters, saved selections, etc). The course includes a detailed look at how you can leverage that workflow to revise even the earliest steps of the edit with only a couple minutes of effort – leading to a much higher quality final result, and hours of time saved.
Bonus: chapter on how smart objects really work, so that you can get the most value possible from these critical tools in non-destructive editing.
Bonus: how to optionally upgrade the final image for enhanced display on HDR-capable displays (the primary edit uses standard dynamic range; this workflow would therefore allow you to print your image as well as upgrade it for HDR display on smart phones and newer monitors).
RAW files so that you can follow along, as well as the final non-destructive file with all layers and smart objects so you can explore making revisions in-depth.

No. While some portions of the course (such as dodging & burning) use Lumenzia to create and use luminosity masks, the general concepts used should be applicable to other luminosity masking approaches. Options to hand blend are also shown (luminosity masks are not required here, though they save time and improve the final results). The course is also recorded using Lightroom / Adobe Camera RAW (ACR) to process RAW files. The general concepts should apply to whichever RAW processing software you may use, but you’ll get the most non-destructive benefits from using Adobe’s software (as RAW smart objects do not support other 3rd-party RAW processing tools).

You can use the iOS / Android apps to view the videos offline (this does not include the final bonus HDR content due to limitations of HDR video). You can also stream the content on any browser or device. This course is presented through a professional learning management system, which provides for an excellent experience by offering much more than just video files. You will have written guides to accompany the videos with time codes to easily review each step of the tutorials, access to all the digital files edited in the course, comments to ask Greg questions or interact with other students in the course, and a well designed interface to help organize and navigate all the content. The nature of this platform also enables content to be improved or added over time. This has proven to be extremely popular with my Master Courses.
