2. If you don’t see it in your inbox, remember to also check your spam or junk folder.
3. Open the email and you’ll find a direct link to access your purchased product.
4. Click on the link to proceed to the download page and follow the instructions to download your product.

Option 2: My Account

1. Visit our website and log in to your account using your credentials.
2. Once logged in, navigate to the “My Account” section, usually found in the top menu.
3. In the “My Account” menu choose Downloads section, you’ll see a list of all your purchased items.
